The idea was born by two friends from the Engadin, who love good food and always went for dinner to the same place in the valley.

We created this booklet to help you travel from Maloja to Cinuos-chel, discover the whole valley in its beauty and culinary experiences, and meet the young, passionate people behind the restaurants and bars.

These are some of our favourite spots, from the best pizzoccheri, to the crispiest pizza and customised drinks. Each place included is very special to us and unique in its own way. You may use the booklet in each location once, and you will receive the least expensive main course, or the second drink, free-of-charge.
